These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FE-2 website and any services offered by FE-2 Production Services and FE-2 Business Services (collectively, "FE-2", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging with FE-2, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our Services

FE-2 provides professional production services, production consulting, event staffing, website design and development, CRM implementation, business systems consulting, automation, AI integration, operational consulting and related digital services. Service offerings may change without notice.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content, or use the website in any fraudulent or unlawful manner.

3. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, proposals, reports, operational frameworks, Systems Breakdown materials, recommendations, workflows, automation logic, documents, templates, training materials and other original work created by FE-2 remain the intellectual property of FE-2 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchasing a service does not transfer ownership of FE-2's methodologies or proprietary materials.

4. Project Inquiries

Submitting a contact form, requesting information, or asking for a proposal does not create a contractual relationship and does not guarantee project acceptance or availability.

5. Production Services

Production projects are governed by separate written agreements where applicable. If a signed agreement exists, that agreement will govern the specific engagement and take precedence over these Terms where any conflict exists.

6. Business Services

Recommendations, websites, CRM configurations, automations, AI implementation guidance and operational consulting are tailored to each client based on the information available at the time. Clients remain responsible for business decisions and implementation unless implementation services are separately contracted.

7. Systems Breakdown

The Systems Breakdown is a paid consulting service intended to identify operational opportunities and provide strategic recommendations. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, bookings are considered firm commitments. If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please notify FE-2 as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be offered solely at FE-2's discretion and only if availability permits. FE-2 is not obligated to provide an alternative appointment.

Missed appointments, late cancellations or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Once the Systems Breakdown has been delivered, the service is considered complete and is non-refundable.

Sessions are generally conducted via Zoom. FE-2 may record sessions for internal reference or to provide a copy to the client. Reports and supporting materials remain the intellectual property of FE-2. Where offered, the Systems Breakdown fee may be credited toward a qualifying future implementation project.

8. Payments

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. FE-2 does not store full payment card information.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Projects may involve GoHighLevel, Stripe, Zoom, Meta or other third-party platforms. FE-2 is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, policies, security or functionality controlled by these providers.

10. No Guarantees

FE-2 works to provide thoughtful recommendations, high-quality execution and professional services. However, we cannot guarantee specific business, financial, operational, marketing or event outcomes, as results depend on many factors beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FE-2 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Where a separate written agreement specifies a different dispute process, that agreement shall control.

13. Changes to These Terms

FE-2 may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
